Weather/Emergency School Closure
In the event of emergency closures, LCS/LCA will announce specific information on the following radio/TV stations: KIRO AM 710, KOMO AM 1000, KIRO TV Channel 7, KING TV Channel 5, KOMO TV Channel 4, KSTW TV Channel 11. The call to the stations goes in at approximately 5:15-5:30 am depending upon weather conditions.

You may also call our school office numbers (756-2190 or 756-5317) for a recorded message about any changes. You can also check your home computer in the morning for an email message as we are working on a system to send school closure or delay information via email. If we don't have your correct email address registered, please call the school office to register your email. For your conveniece you may register your email address or update your information by clicking on the button provided on the first page of our school website.

"Emergency Schedule -- School Late" means: Students attendance is optional, but once a student is at school they must stay there. NO before school care; NO morning preschool; buses also run late. (One hour late = 9:00 start time | Two hours late = 10:00 start time)

On days when we have inclement weather or late school start, continue to listen to the above stations in the event we need to send students home early.
