Welcome to Life Christian Academy.

At every opportunity, we proclaim the gospel of the saving grace of Jesus Christ. As a church sponsored school, we are one part of the expansive ministry of Life Center Ministries.

Our efforts as a school ministry engage us in providing quality education within a Biblical world view. We work to engage our students in Christian thinking and decision-making, based upon the word of God’s instruction to us as believers.

As a pre-school through 12th grade college preparatory high school, our goal is to educate the whole student. This means the spiritual, mental, and physical development of the person. We partner with families in their quest to successfully raise their sons and daughters to be followers of Jesus Christ. The word “partnership” is a key to our mission. Families who choose Life Christian Academy do so for three primary reasons: 1) Christian environment and emphasis; 2) top quality academics; and 3) loving and caring faculty and staff. These values are important to our families, and to us in the Christian school ministry.

We want to provide a quality learning environment, a spiritual, loving home to kids, and a wide array of extracurricular programs within which young people can develop their talents and passions in a positive way. Our emphasis on student involvement is key to the Life Christian experience. Our most successful Life Christian Academy alumni are those students who were most involved during their high school years.

Mission Statement

Life Christian Academy provides a Christ-centered environment of academic excellence, where staff works in partnership with families, to develop students who will know and serve the Lord Jesus Christ with all their heart, mind and strength.

School Board

Life Christian Academy, as a ministry of Life Center, has as its authority a governing relationship with the Life Center Church board.   Our church by-laws call for a school board whose purpose it is to develop policy and provision of oversight for the mission, finances, and programs for Life Christian Academy.

The Life Christian Academy School Board consists of mature Christians with a diverse range of spiritual gifts.   The board’s role is to be that of a guiding influence on the continual advancement of the school.   This includes prayer, policy, finances, and the hiring and supporting of the headmaster of school.

The school board has a fully developed strategic plan including prayerful steps of improvement within the following points:

The board meets approximately ten times during the year.   All communication to the board, per policy, begins by directing the information through the Headmaster’s office.   The school’s annual financial report is given as a part of Life Center’s annual business meeting for the congregation and those wishing to attend.   All financials are reviewed on an annual basis by a fully certified accounting firm.
