Complete the four-page New Student Application for admission and return it to Life Christian Academy with the following items:
- $200 application fee
- Student Essay
- Family Commitment Form
- Emergency Consent Form
- Immunization Form
- Previous two years report cards
- For high school applicants: A current transcript that includes all of their high school course work
- For K-8 applicants: A current school year report card or progress report and report card from previous school year
Reference letters are requested by LCA from names supplied on the application (current teacher, pastor, non-relative adult). For grades 6-12, all reference letters must be received prior to scheduling the student interview.
Placement testing for all applicants K-12 will be scheduled by Life Christian Academy. An interview by the school level principal will be scheduled for applicants in grades 6-12 after testing has been completed and all forms have been received.
Completed applications are given to the Admissions Committee for approval. An application is considered complete after placement testing is finished, all reference letters and other school information is received, and the student interview has taken place.
