Elephants by Margaret Mahy, Dial Books for Young Readers, New
York, 1987.
For those who were interested in the report writing techniques
(to include the diagram of a page with topic and reference
squares) - James, Elizabeth and Carol Barkin, How To Write
a Great School Report, Lothrop, Lee & Shepard Books, New
York, 1983.
For those of you who would like to purchase the flip book
that gives ideas for higher level thinking skills, Quick Flip
Questions for Critical Thinking is published by Edupress,
PO Box 883, Dana Point, CA 92629. There are also other flip
books that have very helpful ideas in this series.
