Kid's Club
(Before and after school care and study)
We support today's busy families by providing
flexible before and after school care. No reservations are
needed and there is no need to prepay. We open at 6:45 in
the morning-just come to the lower gym to sign in. There your
student (grades K-5) will find a variety of quiet table activities
including art, science projects, building, or they can catch
up on their homework. Cereal and milk are available as a morning
snack until 7:45. They may also choose to "shoot hoops"
or participate in some organized games-either inside or outside
the gym, depending on the weather.
They can join a science club, take painting classes, take
karate, play in the gym, play outside in the covered playground,
relax with quiet indoor activities and even find a quiet room
for homework. After school your student signs into an age-graded
homeroom by 3:15 to have a snack and to choose their activity
for the day, which we call "options." They may choose
to go outside and play with friends, go to an

activity room with a variety of toys, do a craft project,
or just "hang out" with friends to talk or to finish
homework in a non-structured environment. After School Care
is open until 5:45pm Both services are charged to your school
account in quarter-hour increments.
Middle School after-school care is provided from 3:15 to
5:30 PM each school day. All middle school students on
campus after 3:15 must sign in the program. Middle
School after school care is held daily in the school library.
A snack is provided for the students who attend.

After school, we offer a separate program for the pre-kindergarten
students.
We will investigate new information and develop new skill
through hands-on activities.
The hourly charge for this service is $3.25 per hour, prorated
at 15-minute intervals.
